These Terms of Service govern your use of idtrap.pro and any order you place with IDTrap ("we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. You are solely responsible for making sure that your purchase and your use of any product complies with the laws that apply to you. You agree not to use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Orders are produced using the information, images, and options you submit. You are fully responsible for reviewing everything before you place an order, including names, dates, numbers, spelling, images, shipping address, and contact details.

Errors, omissions, or incorrect information entered by you are your responsibility. We do not correct, replace, or refund orders because of mistakes in information or images you provided, or because of a wrong or incomplete shipping address.

All sales are final. Because every order is made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and payment has been sent. This applies whether the order is in production, shipped, or delivered.

If an order is cancelled by us before production begins, we will tell you by email. Questions about an order should be sent to support@idtrap.pro with your order number.

Payment must be sent using one of the payment methods shown at checkout, for the full order total, with your order number included in the payment note. Production begins only after we confirm your payment. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. Tracking information is provided when available.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or impersonate another person when creating an account or ordering.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or submit orders.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or close accounts and cancel orders that violate these terms.

The site, its design, and its content belong to IDTrap or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDTrap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
